Modern living.
This 270Sqm house was fully renovated. What has started as a simple extension evolved into a creation of new house. Major works included: addition of first floor expanded spaces to lower floor and new shed that forms part of the dwelling.
This house is detailed with the highest standard joinery which features: stone bench tops, two pack finish, polished concrete, stainless steel appliances and many others.
Building was designed to serve family of five. It is divided into a children area on the first floor and adult/living area to the ground floor. Special consideration has been given to maximise thermal resistance and minimise use of utilities.
Poland
The Barn House.
This 280Sqm old barn was transformed into a modern living featuring spectacular architectural solutions. Main focus of the house is in the living area designed with suspended bedroom above. Bedroom is accessible via steel bridge and New York style stairs from the first floor.
Roof is retiled and features number of new skylights scattered across its surface. Walls are thickened & fitted with insulation batts and cladded internally with Ytong to keep original face brick appearance but allowing for better thermal resistance. Main materials include use of steel, timber and concrete. "I" beams are used to create awnings and terraces that become one of many beautiful features of this house.

Greek escape.
This 200Sqm house was designed to fulfill client's need for holiday home abroad. Designed on one of Greece's most stunning Chios island, this house was built on existing site with heritage listed property that has been modernised in line with the local regulations.
This house was designed to serve a purpose of holiday home for the owner as well as create an income during the rest of the year. All of three bedrooms can become fully lockable FITTED with ensuite, robes and communal living areas, they offer privacy for visitors.
Building was designed mostly in concrete and local stone to create fences and cladding. It is fitted with styrofoam insulation to the inside of the dwelling with strong emphasis to eliminate thermal bridges.
