We provide all stages of documentation starting from Town Planning through Design Development to Building Permit and Construction Drawings. Our thorough knowledge of council requirements as well as NCC and Australian Standards allow us to work efficiently to meet clients expectations. In our portfolio we have a range of residential projects as well as commercial buildings such as: Aged Care facilities (up to 120 beds), service station, Childcare Centre and many others.
Hope Island Aged Care Facility
This 4130 Sqm 120 Solo Occupancy Units, Aged Care Facility was designed in the Art Deco style. It features separate kitchen with four living/dining areas. This Aged Care is at the highest standards, providing immediate access within the building to services such as: Physiotherapy, Doctor's office, Hairdresser, Snoezelen room and many others.
Building has an outdoor carpark for 52 vehicles. It is also fitted with underground water tank and Bio retention system. It serves 52 vehicles.
Building is constructed out of Hebel and light weight construction to top floor. Floors are made from concrete to allow for horizontal fire separation. Metal roof is at the minimum degree to limit heights of parapets.
Malvern East Aged Care Facility
This 8140 Sqm, 94 Solo Occupancy Units Aged Care Facility offers a luxury living. Fitted with double suites that combines private ensuite, bedroom & living space with balcony. Building was designed to care for all type of residents; low care, high care and dementia specific.
Building sits on underground carpark with allowance for 58 vehicles inclusive of 2 disabled spaces.
It is a Type "A" building constructed mainly out of masonry and concrete with light weight construction to top floor. Walls are finished in selected acrylic render finish. Tiled roof is fitted with recessed plant area to minimise visibility from the street.
Craigieburn Aged Care Facility
This Aged Care Facility is designed with 96 Solo Occupancy Units. It is fitted with five internal courtyards that provide outdoor space for majority of residents. Building is designed to care for all types of residents; low care, high care and dementia specific.
Building features separate sitting nooks, reading spaces, activity spaces and many others to provide pleasurable experiences for residents. Entry is designed to allow for a spacious Foyer that is fitted with the high windows for extra light penetration and five meters high ceiling.
It is a Type "C" building, designed as a light weight construction fitted with tiled roof with feature dormers.
Hillside Childcare Centre
This Childcare Centre is designed to accommodate for 85 children. It is constructed out of weatherboard walls and Colorbond Roof. Building is designed in a fashion that allows for older kids to play separately from the younger kids therefore minimising any potential danger of injuries.
It is a Type "C" building with an outdoor parking that accommodates 22 vehicles. Roof is fitted with the AC plant and acoustic screen to minimise the impact of noise to adjoining property.
Service Station
The site features a Service station with six distribution pumps, Convenience store and separate Car wash. Service Station is fitted with air and vacuum bays.
Roof is designed with trusses to minimise the height of canopy. Convenience store and Car wash are constructed from pre-cast walls.
