Brighton

We were handed an existing dwelling in need of immediate attention. The site is located in Brighton, Melbourne. As part of our design we have fully redesigned the first floor to create a hub for three children. Each one was given a spacious bedroom with ample of robe space, shared bathroom, separate powder room and linen storage. Downstairs we have added an extra space into a living dining area and relocated the kitchen to more favourable orientation with an access to outdoor and BBQ area. From a large bathroom that was shared by residents and visitors we have created an ensuite for the master bedroom and additional powder room for visitors. The colour selection was kept within warm hues with the mix of composite timber and acrylic render.
