One of our projects addressing a strict planning requirements and providing a new way of apartment living. Each building is divided into four apartments; two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each apartment compromises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, european laundry and open dining/living area with kitchen. With careful design we have allowed for each apartment to have it's own direct access to secure outdoor area. Each apartment has two car parking spaces to cater for traffic requirements. First floor apartments have a habitable attic space that can be fitted with additional two bedrooms, home office and a rumpus room with toilet. The project addresses ever increasing demand for higher density living with minimum compromise. Project is divided into three stages of construction totalling to a 18 buildings each containing 4 apartments. The development will also take care of the youngest one providing a secure playground area. Each stage of the development features different style of architecture to provide interest and variety to the streetscape. Shown is stage 1.
