Noosa

We were engaged to provide Design Development and Working Drawings only for this project. Set in the bushland of Noosa and within immediate location of shopping district this project creates perfect life balance. The development includes 30 townhouses clustered in sets of five or six. There is total of five clusters on the site. All of the townhouses include two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, open living/dining/kitchen zone with direct access to the backyard. The contemporary architecture was a continuation of an approved town planning drawings. All townhouses get to enjoy the balcony with majority of them overlooking the native bush. To provide safety project had to undergo thorough assessment to meet all fire hazards regulations.
