An aged care project that we are proud to add to our portfolio. The project was completed as anticipated. Architecture takes on contemporary approach with the emphasis to represent Queensland motives.  The rather challenging shape of site abuting roundabout has accommodated 90 spacious rooms for individual residents. This 5 star facility offers to the residents great amount of amenities. There are four internal secure courtyard with direct access from lounges and dining rooms and number of residents room. There are additional outdoor spaces with direct outdoor connection for the remaining residents. The design has taken into consideration storms with value of Q1000, which makes it one of the safest in the area. The site allows for parking for visitors as well as staff at the rear of the building. All residents enjoy, private dining room, theatre, worship, physio and many other activity rooms. Facility is located in newly formed suburb by Stockland in Townsville, Burdell.
