An Aged Care facility project set in one of Melbourne's northern suburb Sunbury. With classical approach to an architecture, the building is set over two levels with half of the footprint being only a single level. The facility has a 110 rooms for the residents. The majority of the residents enjoy  private outdoor area or balcony. To improve the lives of residents, facility has been fitted with ample of amenities such as theatre, physio, hairdresser, private dining room and more. To maximise the use of outdoor space, facility has two secure courtyards with additional secure space around the perimeter of the building. Outdoor area has a mix of pergolas and pavilions, as well as veggie patches to encourage active life style. All of the residents get to enjoy tv lounges, reading lounges, open dining spaces, activity rooms and strategically positioned medical care clusters. Facility has a seperate unit for sensitive care with dedicated secured outdoor area.
