What was once an old, empty and unusable building has now been given a second live. We were fortunate to be commissioned to this project and bring it back to live, so that now it is part of ever-growing prestigues Arcare portfolio. The site is located in eastern suburb of Melbourne in Wantirna South. The building was designed to serve as an extension to an existing main Arcare facility as a more private and luxuries suites. It is located within the Stockland retirement village. The building features 28 five star accomodation bedrooms, two large living areas with a private terrace on the first floor. It has all the usual nursing amenities, activity room and grand dining room. All the visitors are greeted in the main foyer at a reception point. The residents get to enjoy private outdoor areas and balconies. Due to its boutique size the facility offers a more attentive service for residents.
